WE ARE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING PERSON
· Proficient in scheduling employees/vehicles for local and interstate work.
· Daily planning/resourcing employees for booked jobs.
· Strategic mindset, including being hands on when it counts.
· Problem solving skills on the go.
· Brief staff prior to leaving depot and again on return.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, self motivation and ambition.
· Hold a MR/HR drivers license & Forklift license, if not be willing to obtain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Scheduling work teams.
· Provide direction to all employees.
· Proficient computer skills.
· Excellent communication skills with staff and clients.
· Willing to support all staff.
