Based in Yulara, we’re looking for a full-time Operations Supervisor to help oversee our day-to-day tour operations and lead a dedicated local team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about exceptional guest service, this could be your next adventure.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily tour operations, including scheduling, vehicle logistics, and resource planning.
- Provide leadership and support to our team of guides, drivers, and operational crew.
- Ensure our team is fully prepared with the right tools, information, and support to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and environmental standards across all operations.
- Assist with guest enquiries and help deliver a warm, professional experience at every stage of the journey.
- Support the onboarding and training of new crew members.
- Manage day-to-day admin including payroll, reporting, and bookings.
- Work closely with the SEIT leadership team to improve processes and support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in tourism, tour operations, logistics or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a remote location.
- Comfortable working with technology and booking systems (training provided).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest care.
- A knowledge of, or interest in, Indigenous culture and Central Australian tourism is highly desirable.
Desirable Qualifications
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
