Role Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience working as an Optical Dispenser. Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly preferable
- Previous sales experience in retail is highly valued
- Good problem solver with a disciplined, fast-learning attitude
- Effective communicator, able to adapt and tailor interactions for diverse clientele
- Genuine interest in caring for people and enhancing their eye care experience
- Experience using Optomate is preferred
