About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Team Leader within the state's specialist family violence service. The Orange Door is a family violence specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. While our primary focus is working with people using violence, Orange Door staff are required to work from an integrated approach, also assisting victims/survivors and children.

Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader are:

  • Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners.
  • Provide case oversight and direction.
  • Ensure best practice standards.
  • Work with the hub leadership team to deliver results.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
