Role Details
The Organisational Development Coordinator will work closely with the Manager Business Support and the Change Manager to provide practical, solutions-focused support on a range of workforce and culture related matters, designed to build capable leaders and engaged team members.Special Conditions
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
