The Role
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at View Sydney. Working the overnight shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), you’ll be the go-to person for late-night arrivals, guest support, and essential end-of-day processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a quieter, more focused shift, but still thrives on delivering excellent service and working independently.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for late-arriving and departing guests
- Perform nightly audits and generate daily reports
- Reconcile credit card transactions
- Action third-party payments and ensure accurate billing
- Handle guest requests and concerns with care and discretion
- Maintain security awareness and respond to overnight incidents calmly and efficiently
- Support other departments with overnight operational needs
Who You Are
- Reliable, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
- Confident working solo, with strong problem-solving skills
- A clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Previous front office or night audit experience is highly regarded
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and payment reconciliation preferred
