Earlyrise Baking Co is on the lookout for a Packing Machine Operator to join our team in Dubbo NSW.
From flaky croissants and Stevenson Village Pies to eclairs, tarts, and artisan sourdoughs — you’ll play a key role in getting our products packed, labelled, and ready to hit the shelves.
Shift Details
Work between Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm.
About the Role
In your role as a Packing Machine Operator, your key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Operate packaging machinery – including flow wrappers, labellers, palletisers & more
- Set up and adjust machines for different product runs
- Carry out basic machine maintenance (lubricating, cleaning, tightening)
- Record and report machine issues
- Use pallet jacks, lifting aids, and forklifts to move goods
About You
- Have 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards – or are ready to learn!
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
- Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).
