Located where the Nambucca River and Pacific Ocean meet, guests can enjoy a range of accommodation, from modern cabins to caravan or camping sites, with some located on the stunning waterfront.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and professional Park Manager to oversee the successful operation of our Nambucca Heads Holiday Park. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You’ll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the park provides an outstanding guest experience.
- Lead the team to deliver a high level of customer service to all guests and residents
- Manage rosters, staff performance, and recruitment of new team members
- Oversee the park’s financial and resource planning, including consumables, grounds and building maintenance
- Support refurbishment projects and new cabin developments
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with park standards
- Manage collection of outstanding payments
- Respond to guest or site emergencies as needed
- Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist or Caravan Parks
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Proficiency in booking systems such as Newbook or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High-level administrative and financial management capability
- A hands-on approach and a passion for guest satisfaction
