️ About the Role

This is a full-scope leadership role where you’ll oversee every aspect of park operations — from guest experience to team culture to financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing your team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service
  • Creating a high-performing, positive workplace culture
  • Managing the park’s full P&L and driving revenue performance
  • Overseeing compliance, safety, and park presentation
  • Collaborating with key internal partners in revenue, HR, and marketing
  • Handling after-hours operations as required

About You

You’re a confident leader with a guest-first mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead by example. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building teams that care about what they do.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong, results-driven leader — accommodation experience preferred, but top performing managers from other industries will be highly valued
  • Strong financial, budgeting, and operational management skills
  • Proven ability to train, support, and motivate staff
  • Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (ideal but not essential)
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to live on site
