About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parks and Gardens Team Leader to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our Parks and Gardens team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance and improvement programs across Council’s parks, townships, and reserves.

What you need to Succeed
You will bring strong leadership skills, a sound knowledge of parks and open space maintenance, and a formal trade qualification in gardening or horticulture. A commitment to safety and service excellence is essential, along with proven experience in resource planning, budgeting, and team supervision.
