About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team to service clients primarily located outdoors in parkland.
Classification: Level 1
Rate: $32.31 per hour, plus other allowances as applicable
Hours: Varied in line with seasonal requirements. The sites become particularly busy from September and during the summer period.
Location: In and around Port Campbell
Key responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
- Waste, rubbish, recycling removal
- Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
- Dust areas Replace and replenish publicly provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners
- Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed
- Have the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, working with children check
- Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work
- Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
- High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
- Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
