Alchemy Saunas is a modern sauna and ice bath experience built around connection, community, and conversation. With multiple venues across Perth and more opening soon, we’re creating spaces where people can pause, connect, and reset together.
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Evening Front of House team member to join our West Leederville location.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, intuitive, and confident managing a space solo during evening hours. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and the venue stays at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Working the evening / close shift between 2pm - 11pm
- Greeting guests and checking bookings
- Maintaining venue cleanliness and atmosphere to a high standard
- Monitoring session flow and supporting guest experience
- Responding to in-person queries and liaising with management where needed
- Representing the Alchemy brand with warmth, care, and professionalism

- Confident under pressure - you stay calm and collected during busy moments
- Detail-oriented and conscientious - you notice when things are out of place and take pride in presentation
- Comfortable navigating awkward or difficult customer moments - you handle these with clarity and grace
- Grounded in wellness culture - you respect the space and help guests do the same
- A self-starter - you take initiative without waiting to be asked
- A strong communicator - you keep your team in the loop and understand how your role connects to the bigger picture
What You’ll Need
- Evening and weekend availability
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Experience in the fitness industry / gym environment favoured
