About the role:

As a Part-Time In-Home Cleaner at Challenger, you'll play a key role in supporting elderly residents by providing high-quality cleaning services that help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone committed to maintaining high safety standards and delivering consistent, outstanding service. You'll be supported with full training and work as part of a team that values respect, compassion, and quality.

• Hours: Monday – Friday (Day Shifts)
• Location: Sunshine Coast

Requirements:

• A current National Police Check (required).
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (required).
• A reliable car and valid driver's licence (required).
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• No professional cleaning experience required – full training is provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Compassionate: Delivering friendly, respectful, and professional cleaning services directly in private homes.
• Tailored cleaning: Performing a variety of household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, ironing, dishwashing, and taking out rubbish, etc., while respecting each client's individual needs, routines, and preferences.
• Safety & compliance: Following all safety procedures and hazard policies to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and residents.
