A day in the life at Max Brenner:
- Cleaning and clearing of tables to ensure a clean café environment
- Clear, wash and pack away dishes and kitchen equipment
- Ensure all Food Safety requirements are followed
- Assist in food preparation for front of house
- Rotate stock utilising use by dates and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Accepting deliveries and organising stock areas in the back room
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
About You:
- Previous experience in a Kitchen Hand or similar Back of House position is essential
- Availability to work evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
- Energetic, positive and guest focused individual with a can-do attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
- Able to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends
