Best&Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Ballarat store in Victoria. The position is for minimum 20 hours per week.
As an integral member of the Ballarat ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member and relief Manager, your role will include:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member and relief Manager you are recognised as someone who has:
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail management
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
