About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Driver to join our Parts Delivery & Warehouse Support team. This role combines timely and accurate delivery of parts with warehouse support duties, contributing to smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all parts are delivered to customers as scheduled
- Verify that correct customer details appear on delivery sheets
- Confirm all parts received by the customer are in a saleable condition
- Promote awareness of the company’s full range of services and facilities
- Ensure customers receive all items listed on the invoice
- Actively encourage customers to purchase other franchise parts from our group
- Assist in picking and preparing parts orders within the warehouse
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check fluid levels regularly
- Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents to confirm receipt of goods
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Previous experience in the heavy vehicle or related automotive industry
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Parts Driver preferred however not essential
- An interest in the automotive industry
