About the Role:
We are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at our Chinchilla Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of John Deere and Vermeer equipment. If you have experience in a workshop or dealership environment, particularly in Parts or Stores, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
- Prepare and order parts efficiently
- Maintain high merchandising standards
- Perform inventory control and stock takes
Requirements:
- Experience in Parts Interpretation within a trade, retail, or similar environment is highly regarded but not essential
- A positive attitude, maturity, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
- Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to learn parts interpretation software
