Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator at our Macquarie Park office (in Sydney), for a Full Time role.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent HR graduate looking for their first role in the workforce.
The Position:
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hire setup
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Assigning and assisting with employee queries through a ticketing system
- Manage general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Assisting Payroll team with fortnightly pay runs

Minimum Criteria:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stake holders
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work in an office environment
- Some understanding of payroll processes
