About the Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our high-performing People team, ensuring accurate and timely fortnightly payroll for 300 employees across four enterprise agreements. Using SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos, you’ll ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies, provide advice on payroll tax and superannuation, and support ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll for 300 employees across 4 EAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide expert advice on payroll matters including tax, superannuation, leave, and entitlements
  • Support system configuration, testing, and updates across SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos
  • Respond to escalations, proactively resolve issues, and improve payroll processes
  • Communicate system changes and payroll updates to internal stakeholders

About You
You’re an experienced payroll professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and a proactive mindset. You enjoy solving complex problems and are confident navigating systems and award interpretation.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a large, complex environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and enterprise agreements
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos experience highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) and ability to generate reports
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset
