Suicide Prevention Peer Worker – Lived Experience | Warmline (Part-Time, 20 hours/week)

About Suicide Prevention Warmline

The Warmline is a free, peer-led phone support service for people experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts, or bereavement. It offers emotional support and genuine connection from someone who gets it — someone who’s been there.

As a non-crisis, non-clinical service, Warmline provides a safe space where people can speak with a trained peer worker who uses their own lived experience to offer empathy, hope, and understanding.

Whether a person is in distress, grieving, or navigating life with suicidality, Warmline meets them where they are. Support is available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, with the option of one-off or ongoing scheduled calls.
