The Opportunity
Reporting into the GM, P&C, Support Office, this role will provide strategic and operational P&C advice, coaching and support to drive process improvement, business alignment and growth. This is a multifaceted role with a healthy mix of generalist business partnering, organisational development, and change management. This position will be part of the broader People and Capability team, contributing to and leveraging the P&C SMEs in learning and development, talent acquisition, remuneration and workplace relations.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver a people plan for the key aspects of the Sigma business that supports the Sigma ways of working
  • Work with business leaders to deliver the organisational changes required to support continued business improvement.
  • Provide ‘hands on’ practical support in coaching and supporting line managers to improve the employment experience.
  • Provide employee relations advice and supporting team member performance management processes in conjunction with line managers.
  • Work with P&C functional leads to roll out key initiatives.

We are looking for:
  • 5+ years’ People and Capability experience interacting with all levels of employees including senior management.
  • Possessing a broad P&C toolkit including in employee relations, remuneration, culture and engagement, performance management, change and capability, and talent management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated influencing and coaching skills with line managers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
