About the role
The People and Culture Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and effective administration support, and ensuring all new employees, and internals moving positions, are compliant in line with our policies, have employment contracts as soon as possible and have a smooth onboarding experience.
As we continue to look at systems improvements and efficiencies, in this role you will need to be able to pick up new systems quickly, have a process improvement mindset and always be looking at “how can we make this better”.
You’ll bring energy, passion and a caring nature and you will have well developed communication skills, the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated with excellent organisation and time management skills.
Coupled with knowledge of PageUp or other Application ATS (desirable, but not essential) with an understanding of basic HR processes.
