Nine day fortnight, 5.5hrs from 8.30am @ our Hurlstone Park office (across from the station).
The crux of this role may appear administrative with a bit of tech sav, please look deeper - we're really looking to employ a great communicator (emotional intelligence) with a healthy dollup of logic, to;
Plan, co-ordinate, manage & report(ing) of our Instore & Cafe, Poster Distro Team.
Manage and complete weekly payroll for 15+ employees; 3-4 office staff and a dozen odd poster distributors - and their plethora of poster pics.
Invoicing and accounts receivable - right brain, all the deets correct - left brain, let's get paid without harping.
Creating & managing client photo reports. 'In charge' when owner out of office.
With only a couple of us in the office at once we cover for one another - from a bit admin or customer service & sales to poster printing or packing runs.
Preferably proficient in/with g.sheets, g.photos & maps.

Initially casual employment @ $35 - $43 phr + super. Negotiate p/t permanent after 3 months.
Potential increase in hours if desired from mid Sept.
