Your Impact


This is a high-impact strategic role supporting three key manufacturing sites in Queensland —Yatala, Wulkuraka and Heathwood. As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with site leaders to lead transformation, uplift capability and embed a strategic HR model. This role is about being present where it truly matters — partnering deeply, coaching leaders, navigating complex dynamics and driving meaningful culture change.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Partner closely with site leadership team across three manufacturing sites to embed best-practice people strategies
  • Lead and influence organisational change initiatives across sites with varying levels of readiness and complexity
  • Deliver strategic people solutions that align with site and business goals
  • Coach and influence leaders to uplift capability and build strong teams
  • Support leaders in managing union relationships and EA negotiation processes
  • Act as a connector between site operations and corporate HR strategy
  • Enable team development, cultural integration, and leadership uplift across sites

About You


  • Experienced HR/People Partner with exposure to manufacturing or operational settings
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing senior leaders in dynamic, fast-paced settings
  • Confident navigating multiple sites and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Able to balance strategic planning with on-the-ground delivery
  • Proven track record in building relationships, managing change, and leading capability uplift
  • Experience working in unionised environments and contributing to EA negotiations
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving workforce capability and engagement levels
