Position: Periodic Cleaning Specialist / Working Supervisor – Rockhampton & Central QLD
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Periodic Cleaning Specialist who can both deliver and coordinate a range of specialised cleaning services across Rockhampton and the Central Queensland region. This role also has potential to evolve into a Working Supervisor position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out and/or coordinate all periodic cleaning tasks, including:
- Carpet shampooing and extraction
- Hard floor scrubbing, buffing, and strip & seal treatments
- Pressure washing and other detailed periodic works
- Organise and manage scheduling of periodic works across multiple sites
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support and lead teams on the ground as needed
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with both soft and hard floor care
- Proven background in commercial cleaning operations
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within the Central QLD region

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
