JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant with excellent driving skills to support our executive team in Brisbane. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, schedule management, errands, and providing transportation when required. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely drive the employer to meetings, events, and appointments
- Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with personal and business errands as required
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, fuel levels, and maintenance schedule
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders when needed
- Provide punctual, courteous, and professional service at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Valid Australian driver’s license and strong driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Brisbane roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Familiarity with construction or corporate environments
- Basic bookkeeping or administrative skills
