Crocodile Containers has been a leader in the shipping container and portable building industry since 2017. Founded by Brett Carthew, we specialise in the sale, rental, and customisation of both new and pre-owned shipping containers, portable buildings, and full accommodation solutions. Operating from our Archerfield depot, our close-knit team of 10 professionals brings over 50 years of combined industry experience.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to support our operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position: PA to managing Director – Accounts / Front Desk / Sales and Marketing
Your Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this diverse role, you will assist across administration, accounts, customer service, and sales functions. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Tasks will be delegated from the director to help with:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting the Director with diary management and email follow-up
- Coordinating transport for deliveries and pickups
- Tracking container movements and managing related invoicing
- Generating reports from the CRM system
- Supporting marketing and email campaign efforts
- Chasing outstanding customer payments
- Assisting with inbound sales enquiries and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and ensuring timely lead follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, smartphones, and general tech applications (a computer skills test will be conducted)
- Quick learner with a strong grasp of new processes and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised in a busy environment
- A people person who enjoys building relationships and delivering great service
Remuneration:
Salary will be negotiated based on your ability to perform across the various aspects of this role.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
