Villa Terenzio is part of Italian Aged Care Incorporated, a Charitable Not for Profit Organisation. We provide Residential Aged Care Services for 192 residents at Villa Terenzio in Marangaroo in Perth's Northern Suburbs. Villa Terenzio is celebrating its 50th year serving the community.
About the role
We are looking for full time, compassionate individuals who would like to be part of a team of people who will love supporting our elderly Australian Residents. You should be committed to making a positive difference to our residents living with Dementia and understand multi-cultural approaches to overall Goals, Needs and Desires of our Residents.

Skills and experience
- Provide quality support to Consumers with their daily living activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation based on policy and procedure
- Always interact with Consumers and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner
- Consistently respect Consumer's right to privacy and dignity, freedom of choice and social independence
- Provide personal care for Consumers correctly and according to Care Recipients/ Clients Needs, goals and preferences documented in their individual plans
- Adjust sequence of duties from day to day with reasonable flexibility according to needs of the individual
- Understand the individual needs and background of each Care Recipient/ Client in their care by reading and understanding their individual plans.
- To adhere to the facility policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct for Aged Care
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of the Aged Care Quality Standards
To be successful, you will have:
- Currently hold a Cert III or Cert IV in Aged and Community Service or equivalent.
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations

Pay: $32.14 – $33.00 per hour
