Care to Care™ is recruiting experienced Personal Care Workers who are committed to working with aged and disabled clients. Our services include: personal care, domestic assistance, companion care and more. We are looking for additional staff around Bayside and surrounding areas. Must be available to do a few Evening shifts till 9pm.
The successful candidates will have a strong background in In-home Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with Personal Care.
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Prepare food & assist clients with eating
- Assist Clients with medication
Key requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable – or willing to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver’s license & roadworthy and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance

- Personal Care: 2 years (Preferred)
