At Harwell Home Care, we’re more than just a provider — we’re a family-owned, DVA-approved home nursing care service passionate about helping our veterans age with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
We’re now expanding our compassionate care team across the Sunshine Coast and are looking for Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join us in delivering domestic support and personal care to our beloved veterans.

Who We're Looking For
You're someone who genuinely cares. You’re reliable, kind, and take pride in giving clients the best support possible. You're also able to lend a hand with light domestic tasks and want to make a difference every shift.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- A current, valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle 🚗
- Experience in home care (not essential – we’ll train you!)
- CPR & Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A current National Police Check
- A caring, can-do attitude
- The ability to assist with domestic cleaning tasks
