As a qualified Personal Care Worker/Allied Health Assistant within our Avondale Care Team, you’ll provide our aged care residents with the highest level of quality and individualised care that prioritise their safety and dignity.

With you - here’s what you will need:
Our focus is on providing top-quality care for our residents. Essential requirements include:
- Must have - Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate IV (Allied Health Assistant)
- A kind heart and passion to provide quality care to our residents
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- The right to work in Australia, without restriction
- NDIS Workers Screen or willing to obtain
- Willingness to complete our pre-employment medical
