We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an upcoming pop-up activation at a busy shopping centre.
In this role, you'll be the face of a leading dental brand, actively engaging with shoppers to:
- Promote a special dental appointment offer (includes a free gift card incentive)
- Hand out free toothbrushes and flyers
- Encourage on-the-spot bookings – with a daily target of at least 15 appointments (if you get at least 15 successful bookings, you will receive an additional bonus per shift!)
You’ll be working on behalf of our client, actively approaching shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to explain the promotion and book in dental appointments.

- Excellent communicators (English skills on point) who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease
- Individuals who are comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement

- Must be reasonably fit (you'll be on your feet having fun!)
Required Qualifications – Lead Generation role:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, ideally in a KPI-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt sales and outreach strategies to successfully collect qualified leads and/or close deals
- Highly goal-oriented, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Availability to work during the specified dates without scheduling conflicts
