About the Role
We are currently recruiting for two Pharmacy Business Consultant positions in Victoria:
South E ast Territory, including Albury Wodonga as a country trip
North W est Territory, including Wagga Wagga as a country trip
As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market share across Victoria by acquiring , growing, and retaining pharmacy customers. You will work closely with pharmacies and healthcare stakeholders to expand product ranging and deliver tailored business strategies that meet customer needs within Sandoz’s value proposition. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and position Sandoz as a Best-in-Class sales force. Your contribution will be instrumental in strengthening our footprint and supporting the growth of our generics and biosimilars portfolio in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to drive sustainable business growth across the territory.
Drives strategic solutions to meet individual customer needs, aligning with Sandoz’s value proposition to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Provides exceptional service that builds trust and positions Sandoz as a preferred partner in the pharmacy space.
Manages the territory efficiently by leveraging CRM tools, reporting systems, and marketing resources to stay organized and informed.
Maintains strong product and portfolio knowledge to confidently communicate value and establish credibility with customers.
Applies effective communication and sales techniques , including presentations, trade shows, and objection handling , to engage stakeholders and deliver results.
Collaborates regularly with the manager and mentors to share insights, align on strategy, and continuously improve performance.
Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Previous experience as a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Sales Representative, GP Sales Representative, or in a similar strategic sales role within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate market dynamics and develop effective strategies
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, healthcare, business, or a related field
Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client engagements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
