From our five retail stores to our busy eCommerce operation, we bring joy to customers across Australia—one cookie at a time! We’re a small but passionate team, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented and efficient to join our packing crew in our production kitchen.
About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a reliable eCommerce Picker & Packer to help us fulfill online orders with care and precision. In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure every customer order leaves our kitchen packed beautifully, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders based on daily dispatch lists
- Carefully wrap and package products (including fragile cookies and tubes)
- Label parcels and prepare for courier pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
- Work quickly and accurately to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Follow packing and handling procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist the broader team where needed (stickering, folding boxes, general support)
About You:
- You’re reliable, efficient, and have great attention to detail
- You enjoy working with your hands and staying on your feet
- You’re organised and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- You take pride in presentation and doing things properly
- You’re flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed
