Are you a passionate, qualified Pilates instructor ready for a lifestyle change and meaningful work? Coastal Pilates & Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our boutique studio nestled in the serene Boambee Valley, Coffs Harbour.
We’ve proudly served our community for over 20 years, offering a welcoming space where movement meets purpose. With a fully equipped studio and a growing reputation for blending contemporary and classical Pilates, we’re now expanding—and we’d love for you to be part of it.
What We’re Offering:
- A role that grows with you: Start as a permanent casual instructor, with the opportunity to move into a permanent part-time role.
- A chance to shape your own schedule: Help us expand our timetable with private, semi-private, and graded mat classes.
- A supportive environment: We’ll assist with short-term accommodation while you settle in.
- Skill development: If you’re keen to step into Personal Training, we’ll support your growth.
- Extra responsibilities if you’re interested: From social media to studio management, there's room to stretch your talents beyond teaching.
- International welcome: Looking for a 6–12 month overseas opportunity? We'd love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in Pilates (preferably trained with Pilates International).
- Certificate IV in Fitness if you plan to take on personal training.
- A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine love for helping clients move well and feel good.
