The role & responsibilities:
• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
• Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
• Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
• Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
• Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs
• A proactive, hands-on leader with a 'Make it Happen' mindset
• Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching others
• Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and working with premium product
