Are you a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of plumbing systems and a passion for getting the job done right? Join our growing team as a Plumbing Site Supervisor and take charge of in office and on-site operations.
What You’ll Do:
· Supervise daily plumbing activities on newbuild and private job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
· Coordinate with our clients, Plumbers, apprentices and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
· Manage site teams, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-job support.
· Monitor materials, plant and equipment, and tools to minimize delays and maximize labour productivity. Liase with local councils for permits and inspection organise VBA certificates.
· Monitor project progress
· Monitor job notes and labour
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience (5+ years) in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
· Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings and specifications.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Proficient in computer systems and software applications and strong computer literacy across a range of platforms including Microsoft Office and Ferfus would be preferred.
· Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing project needs.
· Victorian plumbing and gas license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
