Part time Practice Manager required for a specialist clinic located at Sunnybank Private Hospital with remote oversee of operations in clinic at Noosa Heads.
- Part-time 16 – 24 hrs weekdays. No weekends.

The Role
Auslon Medical Group is a specialist pain management clinic providing holistic medical care for the community. The practice is situated in the Sunnybank Specialist Centre with convenient free parking.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Senior Medical Secretary/Practice Manager practice experience
- Self-motivation, problem solving skills and the ability to work cohesively in a small team environment essential
- Experienced using Practice Management Software including billings, ECLIPSE/Medicare/DVA bookings, referrals and follow-up appointments
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to adjust and adapt to practice requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent customer service to patients, other providers and hospital staff as well as excellent communication skills within the office team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- Maintain a high level of written and verbal communication skills. This includes a professional telephone manner and written email communications
- Ability to work in Australia
- Demonstrated empathetic, compassionate and professional demeanour
Duties:
- Efficiently managing clinics and booking appointments entering patient data and registration information
- Theatre bookings including liaising with hospitals and anaesthetists
- Meeting/greeting of patients
- Answering phones and making appointments.
- Coordinating and managing clinic sessions
- Accounts - billing/receipting money, banking and the use of EFTPOS
- Scanning/entering clinical data
- Management of computerised diary
- Stocktake and ordering of office supplies.
- Payroll and bookkeeping experience highly desirable
