The Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for people and business management, supporting the wellbeing of the team, and helping our clinic thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the daily operations of the clinic
Leading and supporting a passionate team of vets and nurses
Staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance support
Inventory control and supplier relationships
Overseeing client service and workflow optimisation
Financial and business reporting
Supporting a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
You have prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused leadership role
You’re a confident communicator with strong organisational skills
You enjoy problem-solving and leading teams to success
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using veterinary practice software
You’re passionate about pets, people, and creating a great place to work
