Reporting to the Head of Product – Pay for Placement & Recruiter Reputation, and part of SEEK’s Growth & Incubation portfolio, you’ll shape early-stage product ideas into real solutions that deliver value and revenue through actual placements.
This isn’t a role for perfectionists. It’s for the fast-movers, the bold thinkers, and the builders who thrive in ambiguity. You’ll work at the edge of innovation—applying AI and other emerging tech to reshape how hirers and candidates connect.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve early-stage Pay for Placement products—experiment, iterate, and drive towards product-market fit
- Lead a cross-functional squad including Engineers, UX Designers and Analysts to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive discovery and experimentation with a focus on rapid testing and continuous learning
- Measure what matters—adoption, placement rates, revenue growth and reuse
- Partner with Commercial, Strategy, and Sales to align on go-to-market and product performance
- Mentor and lead a talented team of Product Managers, building capability and fostering a dynamic, delivery-focused culture
- Engage across SEEK—ensuring a seamless experience within our broader product and platform ecosystem
- Make hard calls—scale the models that work, sunset the ones that don’t
- Stay close to the customer—leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform every product decision

Whether you’re based in Melbourne or Kuala Lumpur, you’ll work closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Strategy and Commercial to drive tangible outcomes in the market.

- Strong product leadership with a track record of launching and scaling products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Commercial mindset—you understand how products drive revenue and know how to optimise for growth
- Customer-obsessed—you uncover both stated and unstated needs, and deliver solutions that solve real problems
- Confident communicator and collaborator—you build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across teams
- Action-oriented—you move quickly, course-correct often, and don’t get stuck in the weeds
- Experience leading product teams—you’ve coached others to success and cultivated a high-performing product culture
