About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic leader with expertise and a passion to be innovative, undertake project planning, implementation and build staff capability.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide advice to schools on the operation of FSCs with adherence to policy, procedure and legislation
Provide advice on managing potential issues in consultation with internal stakeholders
Initiating, developing and maintaining effective communication and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Analysing, reviewing and refining regional systems and processes to ensure successful FSC service delivery
Monitoring data collection to inform and support practice
Supporting the management of recruitment, workforce planning and training based on school requirements
