The Role Reporting to the Operations & Design Manager, you’ll manage store operations, procurement, and inventory control. You’ll supervise a small team, ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate supplier relationships, and drive process improvements to meet customer and project needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting
- Forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stock
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within budgets
- Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes
- Lead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance
- Experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with ERP systems
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Committed to confidentiality and quality customer service
