We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our FE_WIBU team in Australia .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales on S&OP planning to ensure optimal stock holdings at part-number level.
- Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand.
- Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories, maintaining accurate master data in D365 ERP.
- Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
- Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution, customs clearance, and tariff paperwork.
- Manage customer returns, assess resale viability, and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
- Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
- Support ERP module implementation and optimization for inventory management, resolving issues and driving improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365) and data management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international factory networks.
- Familiarity with logistics, customs documentation, and tariff concessions.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems and processes.
