In this Product Consultant, Personal Cards role, you will join our Proprietary cards team that is doubling down on owning and winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Day-to-day commercial management of the Redstar Credit Cards portfolio.
- Ideation and sizing of product initiatives to drive positive business and/or customer outcomes aligned to Consumer Finance objectives
- Developing portfolio strategies and initiatives that support key profitability drivers, portfolio and revenue growth or reduction of expenses, including providing recommendations regarding CVP to ensure products are relevant and compelling for the target market.
- Oversee Acquisition and Portfolio performance to meet financial and business objectives.
- Lead the management of product activities including maintaining processes, controls and product reviews
- Assist in the development and evolution of customer engagement activities.
- Work within Product team and with other Stakeholders, as required, to ensure that the business meets required KPIs for service and quality.
- Ensure key stakeholders (e.g. Sales & Acquisition, Portfolio/Marketing, Finance, Digital and Compliance) are kept updated on portfolio priorities
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Previous experience within financial services
- Product Management, with credit card experience highly desirable
- Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and process analysis.
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing business cases and goals.
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a co-located cross functional business and broader enabling functions through the planning, discovery, development and execution
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
