SASMAR is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. As a leader in the pharmaceutical sector, SASMAR specializes in innovative personal care and fertility products, including our popular Conceive Plus brand. We distribute our high-quality products in over 70 countries through key channels such as pharmacies, clinics, supermarkets, and hospitals.
In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will work closely with various teams, including Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure our products meet market demands and drive company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery of new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams regarding product features and benefits.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate on product improvements. Monitor product performance and implement necessary adjustments to maximize sales and market

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with PLM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and industry events.
