Product Manager – Workflow Management

WiseTech Global
$124,991 - $158,266 a year
Victoria

WiseTech Global is a world-leading company building software for the global logistics industry. We are united in our mission to create breakthrough products that enable and empower those who own and operate the supply chains of the world.

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to defining and delivering the vision for PAVE, WiseTech’s powerful and flexible workflow management tool. PAVE allows customers to design, execute, and optimize complex workflows that drive automation, compliance, and operational efficiency across the global supply chain. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to evolve PAVE’s capabilities and ensure it delivers high-impact solutions that meet customer needs at scale.

PAVE plays a central role in WiseTech Global’s platform, enabling customers to automate business processes, standardize operations, and respond dynamically to logistics challenges. Internally, we also rely on PAVE to manage and optimize our own software development workflows—supporting everything from feature delivery to quality assurance and release management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with external customers and internal stakeholders to understand their workflow challenges and use cases for PAVE.
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for PAVE, aligning with WiseTech’s strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, technical experts, and delivery managers—to drive the evolution of PAVE’s capabilities.
  • Translate customer needs and operational goals into scalable workflow solutions within the PAVE ecosystem.
  • Ensure PAVE empowers users to achieve greater automation, compliance, and visibility across their operations.
  • Support internal teams in leveraging PAVE to streamline software development, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, examples, and best practices for internal and external use.
  • Respond to feedback and enhancement requests from customers and internal users.
  • Create test plans and perform functional testing to validate workflow features and enhancements.
  • Analyze workflow data and trends to inform product design and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Champion the ongoing development and adoption of PAVE as a core component of the WiseTech platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Product management experience in workflow management, process automation, or enterprise software.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of workflow engines and automation frameworks. Experience with BPMN, low- code platforms, or comparable workflow technology is an advantage.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding enterprise SaaS environments is highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and design solutions that streamline complex operational processes.
