We’re seeking four merchandisers to join our Product Merchandiser team on a casual basis.
Based in New South Wales, this role involves travel to various stores across the state.
As part of a core team, you’ll play a key role in our store relay program, supporting the execution of key merchandising initiatives.
This will suit someone looking to step into a merchandising role from a retail background.
The role:
- Contributing to the setting of visual merchandising standards in stores
- Implementing changes in store floorplan layouts
- Application of all POS elements
- Approximately 12 - 30 hours per week, no weekend!
- This position is a physical role – you’ll be moving quickly, on your feet all day and lifting items around 5 to 7 kilos regularly.
A day in the life will see you:
- Track and report project progress and status
- Initiate escalation of issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all corporate obligations for store appearance and signage are met
- Be hands on in stores with activations
- Ensure all key business initiatives are delivered on time and to standard
What’s in your toolkit:
- Experience in Retail Merchandising OR retail customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid Driver Licence and reliable car
- An ability to build relationships across all of our various stakeholders
- Tenacity and optimism, a real team player that can incite and motivate
