About the Role
As Production Manager – MASS this role will manage the technical service representatives as direct reports in the production, overhaul and set to work activities on all MASS systems within Australian project responsibility. And coordinate the supporting function assignees in Production Engineering, Quality and warehousing as indirect team members.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline of System or Avionics Maintenance, explosive ordnance, production, quality or a related technical discipline;
- Demonstrated (4+ years) experience in Production or Operations Lead role, within the Defence Industry;
- Experience in managing and maintenance of complex systems;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
