What are we looking for?
Barossa Fine Foods is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team in a permanent full-time role within our food manufacturing facility, specifically in the smallgoods area using a variety of equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality smallgoods and other meat products. Ideal candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:
- Have a minimum year 10 high school education.
- Must be effective in, and have the ability to follow, written/verbal communications.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks and work on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Able to occasionally and safely lift up to 15kg and frequent lifting waist to shoulder height
- Ideally have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically
- Be able to work in a team environment, be reliable and hard working.
- Willingness to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
- Production and Food Manufacturing experience skills an advantage.
