The Role & Team
We’re looking for a Professional Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and high-performing Audiology team on a 12-month contract. Reporting into the Professional Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for providing timely and creative resourcing solutions to attract and recruit employed audiology professionals and audiology retail team members to support our audiology growth plans.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with candidates and is interested in exploring innovative sourcing solutions.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you’re not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne, ready to make things happen!
The skills we are looking for
- Extensive end to end recruitment experience is essential
- High volume recruitment experience within the retail industry will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience implementing proactive talent strategies to recruit for niche / hard to fill roles
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
